Acquired and sold to Tesco for a mixed use
development comprising a 10000 sq ft Metro
store and 12 luxury appartments. This was one
of Tescos 1st Metros and remains one of the
most sucessful.

with Old House Holdings for a spectacular mixed
use development. Comprising 7000 sq ft of prime
retail and 4 floors of luxurious appartments
overlooking the Celtic sea. This project will bring
a new vibrance to this part of the town centre and
be the focal point of further regeneration.

A former pub located in a highly prominent position
in Kingsbury Circle, this 0.67 acre site was acquired for Tesco Express. Manhattan formulated the bid and secured the site and are now assisting in the development of a mixed use scheme, marrying both retail and residential as one. This
will be seen as a landmark site in the near future and will signify Manhattans excellence in creating superior mixed use devleopments.
